• Please ensure you have arranged agreed drop off and pick up times with us before bringing your pet to the hotel.  We can have multiple drop off and pick ups on the same day during our busy periods.

• Neutering:  Unfortunately we cannot accept pairs of bonded unneutered rabbits.  Unspayed/unneutered rabbits in pairs tend to be much more aggressive and also present more territorial and hormonal behaviour. 

• All rabbits must have been vaccinated at least 14 days in advance of their stay or within the last 12 months.

• All animals must arrive in a safe and appropriate carrier and you must ensure you bring enough dried food for the duration of the time they are at the hotel.

• We will provide updates via Whatsapp during your pets stay with us, so please provide a mobile number when booking.  The first will be within the first 24 hours to let you know how they are settling in and after that a couple of times during their stay just so you can see a cute pic of your furry family member when they aren't being camera shy!
